First Tee – Greater Lexington has partnered with the Geldhof Golf Academy to bring you the GGA Junior Series!
What is it?
The GGA Junior Series is a fun filled league intended to get juniors ready for on-course play in a competitive environment and learn proper course etiquette. Consistent with all First Tee – Greater Lexington programming, the GGA Junior Series seamlessly integrates the game of golf with a life skills curriculum. Participants will learn about the nine core values and be expected to demonstrate these values during play. The Junior Series will consist of 9-holes of golf on Geldhof Golf Academy’s short course, with instruction before, during, and after the round delivered by our certified First Tee coaches. Weekly prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place (depending on division size) in each division each week and series prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each division at the end of the 10 weeks.
